2023 Proprietors White Blend

A dry white blend of 34% Chardonnay, 21% Chenin Blanc, 19% Sauvignon Blanc, 14% Petit Manseng, 12% Semillon.
This wine has floral aromatics of peach blossom and honey suckle with flavors of ripe pineapple, bruised apple, and fresh squeezed Valencia orange.

Vineyard Notes
All fruit besides the Petit Manseng was sourced from our estate vineyard. The Petit Manseng was sourced from the Griffin Road vineyard located about a mile from our Mullica Hill tasting room.
Production Notes
About 20% of the blend is from our final pressing of grapes. During this final press, the grapes are pressed extra hard and we are able to extract some bold and exciting aromatics trapped deep within the grape skins.
Winemaker Notes
Even though some of the grapes from our estate are not listed in the blend, there are very small percentages of Chenin Blanc, Viognier, and remaining white grapes that we grow in this blend. Only the primary grapes in the blend are listed in the description.
