Vineyard Notes
The fruit for this wine is sourced from a small Chenin Blanc parcel in our
Home Block vineyard located directly in front of the winery. A small amount
of Petit Manseng was blending in which came from a contracted vineyard
about a mile down the road from the winery on Griffin Road.
Production Notes
All fruit was handpicked and sorted in the vineyard. Destemmed, crushed, and held on skins for four hours prior to pressing. Petit Manseng blended in to accentuate a backbone of natural acidity.
