The point of differentiation between William Heritage & Jersey Wines is that WH wines tend to put much more emphasis on estate-grown fruit, which is grown on site and harvested by hand from very low yielding vineyards. Jersey wines source a variety of grapes from in-state and out-of-state vineyards with the intention of crafting wines that are more approachable in flavor and in price.
