William Heritage Winery guarantees the quality of all our products. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order:

Please contact the winery as soon as possible either by phone (856-589-4474) or email  (info@heritagewinenj.com).
Clearly explain your dissatisfaction with the product. Please note, our products are guaranteed against breakage or damage in transit, but not based on personal taste.
If the complaint has to do with freight damage, we will work on your behalf to gain reimbursement from the appropriate freight company.

All wine or event ticket sales are final, and are not eligible for refund.
