Vibrant strawberry/salmon color. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon peel and freshly picked herbs. Bright, fresh acidity, flavors of lemon verbena, rhubarb and river rock.
A naturally sparkling wine offering a simple, yet rustic version of champagne. The wine is unfined and unfiltered showing some visibly hazy characteristics. Aromas of fresh strawberry, rose petal, and dried herbs. The wine shows juicy rhubarb, salinity reminiscent of a sea breeze, and some yeasty notes on the palate.
Very similar aromas and flavors to Provencal rosé. This rosé is bone-dry and not overly fruity with aromas of lemon and lime zest and dried herbs with flavors of pink grapefruit, rose water and a crisp flinty mineral finish.
The color shows a rich pink tint to the lovely salmon hue. Aromatic notes of rose petal and tea leaf bring increased interest to the darker cranberry, currant and pink grapefruit flavors. The wine finishes with a tangy acid zip that both refreshes the palate and meshes well with food.
