Handpicked and whole-cluster pressed. Fermented and aged in stainless steel with six months of lees contact. The Sauvignon Blanc portion of the blend spent four months in neutral French oak for added texture, and Petit Manseng was added to the blend to pop fruit.

Vineyard Notes
The fruit for this wine is sourced from the only two Semillon vineyards on the property. Home Block comprises the majority of the blend, with additional fruit coming from a small parcel in our HVille Vineyard. The Petit Manseng was harvested from a contracted vineyard with exciting
potential about a mile down the road from the winery on Griffin Road.
