The overall texture of this Chardonnay is very rich and creamy; reminiscent of lemon butter, also showing nuances of nutmeg, allspice and bosc pear.
Typically, this Chardonnay shows a slightly higher percentage of new Grench oak than our other Chardonnay offerings. The wine retains quite a bit of old-world vibrant acid, but will show much richer, rounder notes than other Chardonnays in our portfolio.
