A medium-bodied red blend with aromas of violets and macerated black cherries. The flavor profile offers notes of blackberry jam, ground arabica coffee beans, dark chocolate and cherry compote. The finish is soft and round with nuances of mocha and fine leaf tobacco.
A new and exciting red blend inspired by Bill & Penni Heritage's love for red blends as the summer fades and cooler temperatures arrive for the Fall season. It's exciting to see how Chambourcin and Cabernet Sauvignon can create a beautiful flavor profile.
