A combination of Sauvignon Blanc sourced from our estate vineyards and an exceptional block from Griffin Road Vineyard.
Production Notes
The winemakers incorporated a small amount of skin contact (12 hours) to pull some additional aroma precursors from the skins. Special yeast selections were made to promote tropical and grassy aromatics.
