This wine offers aromatics of red currant, cherries, baking spices and eucalyptus. Flavors of stewed cherries, raspberry and rosemary. Beautiful fruit and acidity along with round, mouth-coating tannins
Wine Profile
Vineyard Notes
Half of the fruit for this wine was sourced from two blocks on the southern slope of Norman's Hill, one of the east side of the tree and one on the west. The varying aspects, as well as differences in the soil structure and plant material, result in complex flavor and tannin development. The other half of the fruit comes from vines planted in the deep, nutrient-rich soil just in front of the winery.
